Responsibilities
Design and implement modern data platform architecture for enterprise applications
Ensure seamless integration of Dataform, Looker, Databricks, and GCP services
Architect solutions using Google Cloud Platform components: BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub
Optimize data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency
Develop semantic models and dashboards in Looker
Enable self-service analytics and governance
Build and maintain data workflows using Dataform and Databricks
Implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
Establish CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
Automate deployments and monitoring for data services
Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with GCP Data Platform
Proficiency in Databricks, Dataform, and SQL-based transformations
Advanced knowledge of Looker
Programming skills in Python, SQL, and Spark
Familiarity with CICD tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Ability to design end-to-end data solutions for large-scale enterprise environments
Preferred
Google Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect certification
Databricks Certified Data Engineer
Experience with modern data governance frameworks
Exposure to AIML and advanced analytics
