Handle troubleshooting electro-mechanical assembly
Work closely with Production in new product development
Improve materials, quality, efficiencies, safety and delivery issues
Utilize a blend of automated, semi-automated and labor-intensive operations
Implement leading edge technology in process and automated production operations
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, standard work, 5S, root cause analysis)
Knowledge of sheet metal and/or circuit board assembly
Familiarity with weld, paint, and assembly operations
Proficiency with data analysis, time studies, and process mapping
CAD knowledge
Preferred
