Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies across the organization
Architect and oversee the implementation of security strategies for IAM, PAM, and DLP programs to enhance overall security posture
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge security tools and technologies to improve defense mechanisms against threats
Stay informed on industry trends to ensure the organization's security practices remain innovative and effective
Define and track objectives for continuous improvement in security practices and team performance
Engage in incident response and participate in security assessments, ensuring robust preparedness for potential threats
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in security engineering, with a strong emphasis on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing security initiatives and cross-functional team collaboration
In-depth knowledge of current security technologies and tools related to IAM, PAM, and DLP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive effective security solutions
Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and mentoring team members
Ability to stay current with industry trends and evolving security practices
Experience in incident response and conducting security assessments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
