Responsibilities
Partnering with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional Acumatica solutions
Configuring workflows, dashboards, reports, and system customizations within Acumatica
Improving existing processes and identifying opportunities for system-driven efficiencies
Supporting user access, security roles, testing, and deployment of system changes
Providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing ERP support while contributing to future enhancements and integrations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of ERP experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Acumatica (strong preference) or a comparable ERP platform
Experience supporting cross-functional workflows, particularly within Finance, HR, or operational teams
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and system solutions
Strong analytical mindset with comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Prior experience with ERP implementations, optimizations, or enhancement projects is highly valued
