KION Group is seeking an Analytics Intern to join the Digital Solutions Software team at Dematic. The role involves developing analytics dashboards to support project teams and customers, focusing on operational and maintenance-based dashboards.

Responsibilities

Works with both internal and external customer end-users to define analytics solution requirements and works with internal team to concept, build and deliver solution

Works independently, within teams, and with multiple types of skills (business, data architect, other technical resources)

Performs business process analysis, mapping and design

Ensures high quality delivery of software consulting services and overall client satisfaction

Drives development and documentation of services

Required

Working towards a Bachelor's Degree and/or an advanced degree, or having equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Analytics

Experience working with business users to concept, generate and deliver analytics solutions, dashboards and reporting

Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL or Google BigQuery

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills and knowledge of software tools for crafting slides and diagrams

Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business partners and applying solutions to customer challenges
