Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by working safely, identifying, correcting, and communicating safety issues
Able to complete Authorized LOTO training
Ensure we’re producing quality product in accordance with our vision statement
Understands and complies with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Berry policies
Loads IMLs in designated IML machines and adjusts labels for proper placement if necessary
Monitor the operation of assigned IML machines and their productivity
Work closely with Operator on quality concerns while scrapping defective parts
Work closely with process tech if machine is making defective parts (short, flash, burns, etc.) or if the automation jams. Follow safety rules when clearing jams
Notify the floater when in need of materials
Assist your neighbors if you can do so safely
Keep IML magazines clean and free of debris
Notify leadership if your machine goes down
Assists with downtime reporting, IML & work order changes, line clearance, and PMs
Completion of required My Development courses
All other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualification

Required

High School diploma/GED equivalent
Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
Adequate eyesight to detect part imperfections
Be able to work under pressure and trouble shoot problems quickly
Have basic mathematics and computer skills
Must be able to lift 35 pounds regularly
Ability to climb up and down ladders safely and often
Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and stretch regularly
Must be able to differentiate color
