Responsibilities

Learn about full-cycle recruitment and assist with the activities executed for various pharmaceutical and clinical research positions:
Participate in new programs and expansion recruitment meetings to understand position descriptions, territory needs and criteria, program directives, and client needs
Assist with the preparation of recruitment materials and job postings
Research and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Submit accordingly to recruiters for screening interviews
Shadow recruiters during virtual screens
Check Job Boards for Job Posting grammar and formatting errors
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and appropriate candidate coding
Assist with pre-employment screening processes including background checks and reference checks
Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment marketing
Shadow Sr. HRBP to learn about our corporate performance management process
Perform special projects (business development, strategic planning meetings, HR/Finance) that may require research and assimilation of candidate data
Other administrative tasks as needed

Required

Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Life Sciences, or related fields
Excellent customer service skills; strong, personable oral and written communication skills
Professional oral and written communications skills, exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office/O365/Teams (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Internet Explorer, database systems and social media platforms
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
