Senior Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

Comfortably and actively reach out to senior leaders (candidates and clients) in the HR community
Engage candidates at all levels in an organization, bring them into a process, and build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
Execute candidate assessments to determine potential “fit” for client roles
Think on their feet and be persistent in finding potential necessary solutions (has high intellectual curiosity and an unrelenting focus on getting the job done)
Be highly organized and disciplined as they execute the search to ensure a consistent candidate and client experience and flawless delivery of “Speed, Quality, & Service.”

Required

2-3+ years of a successful Recruiting and/or Sales Account Management career
Bachelor's Degree
Analytical, strategic, ability to understand multiple industries, current economic issues, and overall Corporate organization structures
Must be persuasive and comfortable on the phone and have the ability to engage people and build relationships
Has a high sense of urgency, thinks outside of the box, is flexible and able to manage many projects simultaneously
High comfort level with technology and utilizing systems and tools to execute their work
Possesses a professional demeanor and is comfortable engaging with “C” level and other senior-level candidates and clients
Is competitive but team-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
