The Accounts Payable Analyst will assist in managing vendor payments, maintaining accurate accounting records, and coordinating payment approvals.

Responsibilities
Assist with entering invoices into the Accounts Payable system and matching invoices with supporting documentation
Prepare and process vendor payments, including check preparation and distribution
Coordinate payment approvals and ensure proper review and authorization
Maintain accurate accounting records by posting Accounts Payable transactions and organizing supporting documentation
Scan, file, and maintain historical accounting records
Reconcile processed transactions by reviewing system reports and balances
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice and payment inquiries
Receive, organize, and track incoming invoices
Support monthly accounting activities as needed
Assist with basic treasury functions, including ACH and wire processing, transfers, stop payments, and check voids or reissues
Assist with administrative or front-desk duties as needed
Perform other ad hoc accounting or administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
