Ascendo Resources is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Wealth Management who will support portfolio construction and management for high-net-worth and institutional clients. The role involves working closely with Senior Portfolio Managers and Advisors to implement investment strategies aligned with client objectives and fiduciary obligations.

Responsibilities

Support portfolio construction, rebalancing, and implementation across client accounts

Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation, risk exposure, and adherence to investment guidelines

Conduct investment research on equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, and alternative strategies

Prepare portfolio analysis, performance attribution, and investment commentary for internal and client-facing use

Assist with Investment Committee materials, due diligence, and manager research

Partner with Advisors and Client Service teams to support client reviews and investment discussions

Ensure portfolios remain compliant with client IPS, firm policies, and regulatory requirements

Support tax-efficient investing strategies and cash management

Identify opportunities to improve portfolio processes, reporting, and analytics
