Responsibilities
Delivers a high level of customer service and professionalism when responding to payroll inquiries from internal customers
Responds timely to payroll questions providing a first call resolution
Logs all calls accurately to allow tracking of service inquiries and resolutions
Analyzes details of requests provided by internal customers to determine the cause of the issue
Investigates submitted requests to provide effective solutions
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
Qualification
Required
Experience with high volume customer service environments
Minimum 1 year Payroll Experience
Intermediate level of MS Excel skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in high-volume, fast paced environment with strict deadlines
