Account Executive - Cloud & Product Engineering
Covenant HR is a cutting-edge provider of product engineering and digital transformation services. They are seeking a Client Executive to drive net-new business for product engineering and digital transformation services focused on ISVs and SaaS companies, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities
Own an end-to-end B2B sales process: outbound outreach, discovery, solution shaping, proposal coordination, negotiation, and close
Build and manage a healthy pipeline within defined ISV and SaaS buyer personas (e.g., CTO, VP Engineering, VP Product, CIO/IT leaders)
Lead client relationship management for active opportunities, including stakeholder mapping and executive alignment
Deliver solutions consulting style presentations, including ROI / business case development and deal justification
Partner with RevOps on sales process, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and enablement to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with marketing and product/practice leadership to align campaigns, messaging, and offers to market needs
Drive consistent new business development and report progress against agreed pipeline and revenue goals
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of B2B tech sales experience
Experience selling Product Engineering Services, Cloud, and AI
Familiarity with Microsoft services (Azure, Data & AI, Cloud, Managed Services)
Prior success selling into ISVs and SaaS organizations
Self-starter with a high-growth mindset and strong client network
5+ years of B2B technology sales experience (services and/or SaaS), with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience selling product engineering services and/or cloud services in a consultative motion (discovery-led, outcome-based)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud modernization concepts; ability to position Microsoft-aligned solutions with technical partners
Experience selling into ISV and SaaS organizations (mid-market and/or enterprise)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and business case/ROI storytelling
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and maintain a consistent prospecting cadence
Preferred
Experience with data & AI services or AI-enabled engineering offerings
Experience selling managed services or long-term services engagements
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft)
