Provide daily functional support for Oracle EBS modules including Purchasing, AP, and Inventory
Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex system and integration issues
Analyze business requirements and configure system setups for new enhancements
Partner with large project teams to identify and close process gaps
Deliver user training and support throughout the post-implementation phase
Qualification
Required
Oracle EBS R12 Functional (SCM & Inventory): 8–10 years
Supply Chain Module Setup & Process Knowledge: 8+ years
Production Support & Troubleshooting (Purchasing/AP/Costing): 8+ years
Oracle EBS R12 Functional Expertise: 8–10 years of experience specifically in Supply Chain and Inventory
Module Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Costing, and Order Management
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to perform gap analysis and system troubleshooting
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for collaboration with large project teams
Preferred
Exposure to Accounts Receivables modules (for future project requirements)
Retail industry experience
Highly analytical with the ability to resolve urgent issues under pressure
Collaborative mindset suitable for large team environments
Proactive in suggesting system and process improvements
