Responsibilities

Maintain a high client retention rate by proactively managing accounts and providing tailored insurance solutions

Experience with HNW/Private Clientele to include carriers, Cincinnati, Chubb, Pure and AIG

Identify opportunities for insurance account growth through enhancing coverage, rounding accounts, and generating referrals

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to educate clients on insurance options and customize coverage to their needs

Provide timely and accurate assistance with insurance billing inquiries and policy endorsements

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve company objectives

Qualification

Personal Lines Insurance2-2020-44 licenseCustomer service skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving capabilities

Required

Possess 2-5 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance within an agency environment

Hold a current 2-20 or 20-44 license

Demonstrate a positive demeanor, strong customer service skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities

Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting

Preferred
