Collections Specialist

ALOIS Solutions is seeking a Real-Time Operations Analyst to support Collections Finance and Workforce Management operations. This role focuses on intraday monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and workflow optimization to ensure service levels and operational goals are consistently met.

Responsibilities

Monitor real-time volumes, staffing, and agent productivity
Support intraday forecasting, scheduling, and workload balancing
Analyze operational data and prepare daily & ad-hoc reports
Optimize staffing to meet service level & KPI targets
Develop dashboards and performance metrics
Partner with call center leaders on workflow adjustments
Support Quality, Training, and WFM metrics
Assist with PTO scheduling and resource planning
Provide level-1 system access & IT coordination support
Track Voice of Customer metrics and operational gaps

Qualification

Required

Collections / Accounts Receivable background
Strong analytical & reporting skills
Workforce Management (WFM) or Real-Time Operations experience
Attention to detail & strong organization
Excel & data-driven decision making
3+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree preferred
