Responsibilities
Deliver your guests’ cars every time, on time, as promised
Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids
Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary
Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires according to vehicle standards
Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) and alignment checks
Perform minor services including software updates, key programming, and windshield wiper and filter replacements
Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
Keep work station clean at all times
Work with your team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently
Qualification
Required
Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Experience at an Automotive School or Program
Exceptional commitment to safety
Strong sense of accountability
Excellent communication and a positive attitude
An eye for presentation and detail
Preferred
Automotive 609 Certificate a plus
Prior dealership experience a plus
Experience driving a range of vehicles; manual transmission a plus
