Responsibilities
Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, emphasizing warehouse business processes and PFF tolling workflows
Execute script testing using ALM, validate system specification requirements, and document results
Collaborate with system architects, business process owners, and stakeholders to confirm solutions meet warehouse requirements
Analyze and help resolve warehouse issues and system defects tracked in Jira
Identify and communicate impacts of changes to related warehouse processes and requirements
Support supply chain warehouse safety, compliance, and productivity projects
Gather data and perform metric analysis to support leadership decision-making
Contribute to department-level project management activities and cross-functional initiatives
Execute script testing to support SAP S/4HANA go-live readiness
Coordinate issue identification and resolution via Jira with project teams
Track progress and support general supply chain and warehouse initiatives
Provide documentation and reporting to ensure implementation milestones are met
Qualification
Required
SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred)
GMP warehouse operations experience
Project management / implementation support experience
5+ years of experience in GMP warehousing operations
Experience supporting pharma or biotech supply chain environments
Hands-on on-the-floor cGMP warehouse experience
Experience with script testing and system validation activities
Strong critical thinking skills to understand interconnected warehouse processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
Doctorate degree OR
Master's degree and 2 years of experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience OR
Associate's degree and 8 years of experience OR
High school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
Preferred
Deep understanding of warehouse business processes and flows
SAP experience with WM, SRM, and/or EWM modules
Experience administering test sets for system implementation
Experience working on geographically dispersed project teams in FDA-regulated environments
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Strong organizational, analytical, and quantitative skillset
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
