Responsibilities

Own and resolve the highest-level technical issues across client environments

Perform deep troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server

Diagnose complex workstation, server, and application issues

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls

Support advanced networking including VLANs, routing, VPNs, and wireless

Work hands-on with Ubiquiti switches and wireless access points

Deploy and support Hyper-V virtualization environments

Assist with Intune and endpoint management initiatives

Participate in targeted projects such as firewall replacements, server builds, and network refreshes

Perform root-cause analysis and improve documentation and standards

Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams during high-impact issues
