Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern
Stock & Option Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative Intern to support outbound outreach across Sales and Marketing. The role focuses on research, targeting, and thoughtful email outreach without cold calling, allowing the intern to gain hands-on experience in B2B business development and outbound strategy.

Responsibilities
Identify and research companies based on key growth signals, including ESPPs, equity administration hiring, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, SEC EDGAR, and public sources to research companies and decision-makers (HR, Finance, Total Rewards)
Build and maintain targeted account and lead lists in CRM
Monitor job changes, role changes, and company activity to surface high-intent signals
Support lead-scoring efforts by identifying changes in engagement, firmographics, and recent activity
Assist with database segmentation and list building to enable more targeted outreach
Execute personalized outbound email outreach on behalf of Sales using approved messaging
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent positioning and outreach
Support light email copy refinement, outreach workflows, and event or webinar follow-up as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with research and data-driven work
Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic business research tools
Preferred
Exposure to CRM platforms, email tools, or marketing automation
