Responsibilities

Own and lead paid media strategy and execution across a multi-brand portfolio (approximately 7 brands), including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and CTV
Translate business goals into scalable, performance-driven media strategies to support double-digit growth for DTC channels
Manage ~$900K+ per month in media spend with full accountability for ROAS and CAC
Lead the transition from agency-managed execution to an in-house operating model, including knowledge transfer and process buildout
Hire, develop, and manage internal paid search and paid social teams
Build and maintain testing frameworks, budget forecasts, and performance dashboards
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Partner closely with creative teams to inform testing strategies and creative best practices based on performance insights
Develop campaigns that drive strong customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Evaluate and recommend new platforms, partners, tools, and growth opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, SEO, Email, and Analytics teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
7–10+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, media planning/buying, and team leadership
Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets ($500K+/month or more)
Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing paid media programs
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta platforms
Strong understanding of the full performance marketing ecosystem and how channels work together
Experience building teams and leading organizational change (agency → in-house)
Strong strategic, analytical, and operational execution skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
