Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory levels within ecommerce and warehouse inventory systems
Ensure all products are properly set up, maintained, and listed for sale online
Monitor inventory movement to confirm products are selling and available to meet ecommerce demand
Work collaboratively with the Ecommerce Support Team to assist in ordering and transferring stock to fulfill ecommerce orders
Identify slow-moving inventory and take corrective action, including adjusting quantities or transferring product to retail stores
Assist with product replenishment based on sales trends, seasonality, and demand
Investigate, reconcile, and adjust inventory discrepancies such as shortages, overages, and system errors
Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory counts as needed
Communicate inventory needs, issues, and trends with warehouse, ecommerce, and store teams
Follow established inventory control procedures to support accuracy and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experience in inventory control, ecommerce operations, warehouse operations, or retail inventory management preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze inventory data and identify trends
Familiarity with inventory management systems and ecommerce platforms
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in an eCommerce and warehouse environment
May require standing, walking, lifting, and handling merchandise
Ability to multi-manage tasks including inventory control and adjustment, forecasting, sales growth and opportunities, and general maintenance
Strong analytical diligence and attention to detail
