Responsibilities
Obtain Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Exams
Learn foundational skills to become an advisor, including managing client relationships and providing financial guidance
Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America's banking and investment solutions
Progress through the stages of the Advisor Development Program to become a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor and ultimately a core Merrill Financial Advisor

Bilingual Spanish speaking is required for this location

A bachelor's degree, or 1-2 years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
Experience assessing client needs, identifying/recommending solutions, and building/managing client relationships
