Customer Service & Account Management Specialist
Confidential company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service & Account Management Specialist. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, coordinating shipping, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Receive, enter, and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Communicate order status, lead times, and shipping details to customers
Coordinate with internal departments (shipping, warehouse, billing, production, etc.) to ensure on-time and accurate fulfillment
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely, professional manner
Monitor and manage account activity to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Generate invoices, process billing, and support basic accounting tasks as needed
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and manage returns or replacements when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records, order histories, and communication logs
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in customer service, account management, or order processing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Competency with office software (CRM systems, ERP platforms, Excel, email, etc.)
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, customer-centric attitude
