Responsibilities
Complete 40-50 calls per day
Qualify leads
Update CRM daily on all interactions with prospects
Maintain a clean, healthy pipeline
Collaborate with technical teams on solution building for prospects
Learn multiple software products inside and out
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of professional experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a track record of achieving goals and maintaining high performance standards
Proven experience in IT/software sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and the ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively
Ability to build trust with prospects and guide them through our sales process
Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn
Strong knowledge of both technology and business
100% comfort talking on the phones
Ability to respectfully de-escalate frustrated prospects
Intuitive awareness of when to listen and when to talk
Capacity to connect the dots between prospect's interdepartmental pain points
Excellent written and verbal communication
Independence and self-motivation
