Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, and job fairs
Conduct in-person interviews and facilitate onboarding at multiple office locations
Lead new hire orientation and help reinforce a positive and supportive company culture
Create, update, and maintain employee personnel files and documentation
Support candidate sourcing through job boards, research, and pipeline development
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals
Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all company and legal requirements
Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Qualification
Required
1+ year of recruiting experience (required)
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Proficient computer skills; comfortable with digital tools and onboarding workflows
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred
Prior HR experience (HR Specialist, HR Manager, HR Director, etc.) preferred
