Responsibilities

Design and implement automation systems to control processes and track factory performance

Lead technical discussions with automation vendors and equipment suppliers

Translate SPC and process documentation into owner-side automation solutions

Architect, write, debug, and optimize PLC code

Design and deploy robotics, vision systems, and automated manufacturing processes

Build operator interfaces and documentation that make systems easy to use and troubleshoot

Create electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics

Implement OSHA and ANSI compliant systems with an emphasis on good engineering, not checkbox compliance

Support testing, commissioning and optimization in live product environments
