Partner with leadership to achieve business objectives
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Analyze operational metrics and financial performance; recommend improvements
Drive financial literacy among operational teams
Perform data mining and detailed analysis of revenues, expenses, and capital expenditures
Oversee month-end close, journal entry validation, and variance analysis
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Support internal and external audits
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Oracle, PeopleSoft (or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite
Solid understanding of US GAAP
