Responsibilities

Develop mechanical concepts and perform design analysis, including structural (FEA), thermal, dynamic, and motion system evaluations

Review and negotiate specifications; lead internal and customer-facing design reviews and communicate design intent to customers

Create detailed product documentation, including CAD models, assembly/layout drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and engineering change requests (ECR/ECN)

Validate designs through testing to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications

Provide technical support to customers and assist field service personnel as needed

Support sales efforts by evaluating RFQs, estimating BOMs, and preparing proposal drawings and technical content
