Manage and monitor branch training completion review processes

Independently identify gaps and implement corrective actions without escalation

Design and implement role-specific training programs aligned with operational needs

Make strategic decisions on content, delivery methods, and timelines with minimal supervision

Embed personal and professional development components into training curricula

Proactively introduce innovative approaches to enhance employee growth and engagement

Oversee qualification currency and validation processes using qualification matrix analysis

Exercise independent judgment in maintaining compliance and resolving discrepancies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Workforce Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in training program management, instructional design, or workforce development

Proven ability to design and implement training programs across multiple locations

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for compliance and qualification management

Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence and drive change

Preferred

Experience in crane & rigging or heavy equipment industry (or willingness to learn)

Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Lean Six Sigma

Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning technologies
