Intermediate Level Architect
Archinect is an established architecture office based in New York and Miami, working on projects across multiple scales and typologies. They are seeking an intermediate level architect in Miami, FL to join their team and be involved in all phases of architectural projects, demonstrating strong technical and design skills.

Responsibilities
Preparation and coordination of permit and construction document sets for municipal review
Experience with Miami-Dade County and City of Miami permit processes, zoning codes, and local amendments
Coordination with AHJs, plan reviewers, and expediters to address comments and secure approvals
Strong understanding of Florida Building Code (FBC), including wind, flood, and hurricane requirements
Architectural design development from concept through construction documents
Proficiency in producing detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
Knowledge of South Florida construction methods, materials, and climate-responsive design
Collaboration with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, landscape)
Construction administration support, including RFI review, submittals, and site observations
Experience with as-built drawings and post-permit revisions
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and municipal agencies

Eligible to work on the US
Professional degree in architecture
Ability to work on a fast-phase environment
Strong communication skills
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred
5–7 years of professional experience
Strong command of AutoCAD, with the ability to produce complete design and construction drawing sets
