Responsibilities

Support the Equity Private Capital Markets team by providing analytical support across capital raises, sale of minority stakes and other financial advisory services

Work with your team to prepare company valuations, build financial models, track investor dialogue and create marketing materials

Contribute to business development efforts through research, analysis and preparation for client meetings and pitches

Work side-by-side with both junior and senior investment bankers, gaining hands-on experience across every stage of a deal

Contribute to every stage of a transaction, from conducting research, to investor outreach, and facilitating due diligence

Gain insight into how teams collaborate across geographies, sectors and specialties to support client objectives

Take on meaningful responsibility and contribute to conversations with investors and corporate clients around the world
