Pantero is seeking a sharp, driven Research Analyst to support their sales team by identifying high-quality opportunities. The role involves researching companies undergoing changes and turning insights into actionable leads to fuel revenue generation.

Responsibilities

Identify Sales Opportunities
Research companies that are expanding, relocating, building new facilities, or changing operations
Monitor permits, news releases, real estate activity, LinkedIn signals, and industry data
Surface early-stage opportunities before competitors see them
Qualify & Validate Leads
Make outbound phone calls and send targeted emails to confirm timing, decision-makers, and needs
Ask smart, concise questions to determine sales readiness
Distinguish between 'interesting' and 'actionable'
Support the Sales Team
Deliver clean, well-documented leads into Salesforce (or CRM)
Provide context: why this company, why now, and what problem we can solve
Partner with sales reps to refine targeting and improve conversion
Build & Improve the System
Help refine research processes, tools, and data sources
Suggest better ways to find, score, and prioritize opportunities
Track outcomes and adjust approach based on what converts to revenue

Required

1–3+ years in research, sales support, lead generation, business development, or analyst roles
Comfortable making outbound phone calls and writing professional emails
Strong investigative mindset—you enjoy finding needles in haystacks
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Confident working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
Able to communicate insights clearly and concisely
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Preferred

Experience researching real estate, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial markets
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CoStar, permit databases, or similar tools
Understanding of B2B sales cycles
