Test Market Strategy & Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive test market calendar in collaboration with the Marketing leadership to minimize risk in national innovation and calendar pipelines

Analytics & Reporting: Lead the development and execution of test market surveys and analytics. Compile and present actionable results to stakeholders, working with Product Quality, Operations, and Calendar Analytics teams to generate insights that drive improvements

Execution & Communication: Prepare timely, informative communications for franchisees, lead owner information calls, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve test market milestones. Monitor sales, gather feedback from guests and owners, and address questions or concerns from the owner community
