Storyfi is a production team driven by creativity and accountability, seeking a Lead Producer to oversee their field production team. This role involves managing video projects from planning to delivery while providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff.

Media Production

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for major projects and key client relationships
Manage video projects from kickoff to delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination
Direct shoots, managing lighting, composition, interview techniques, and talent coaching
Guide the development of storylines, scripts, and visual treatments while reviewing and approving final edits
Handle camera operation and ensure all deliverables align with brand standards
Supervise and mentor junior producers, videographers, and freelance crew members
Provide constructive feedback and growth opportunities to build a high-performing team
Foster a collaborative and supportive production culture
Collaborate with creative, strategy, sales, and operations departments to ensure seamless project execution

Required

7+ years of professional video production experience, with 3+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or executive producer role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and experience with professional camera systems
Bachelor's degree in visual/media communications, film, or a related field
Exceptional storytelling instincts, creative direction, and project management abilities
Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs), a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel frequently
