Responsibilities

Lead both the PMO and the Back‑Office offshore Development team

Partner with every major leader across the company, including participating in senior leadership meetings

Own a $2–3M project and development budget, guiding staffing, vendor spend, and project intake

Shape the roadmap for ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems that power the business

Drive cross‑functional alignment across Web, IT Ops, Back Office, Finance, Customer Care, and more

Play a key role in strategy, operations, and ensuring the business can scale with confidence

Oversee the PMO and ensure projects are delivered with clarity, quality, and alignment

Lead the ERP/CRM development organization, including offshore/nearshore vendor teams

Guide architecture‑related decisions — understanding downstream impacts, environments, data, and deployment paths

Run weekly cross‑functional IT meetings to ensure teams are aligned and not operating in silos

Support hybrid‑agile delivery using ADO (Azure DevOps) and 3‑week sprint cycles

Ensure financial accuracy within ERP systems (GL, revenue, taxation, customer data)

Provide technical leadership without needing to be the architect — you’ll ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help teams land on the right solution

Mentor across the organization and foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree

10+ years in project management

6+ years leading development & operations for business systems

5+ years as a Sr. Manager or Director

ERP experience and a strong understanding that finance requirements

Experience with contract management & offshore vendors

Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with developers and architects

Preferred

Project management certification

MBA or master's in a related field

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
