Sales Director
RoofClaim.com is seeking a Director of Sales to build, recruit, train, and lead their sales organization. This role will oversee both virtual and field sales teams, driving revenue growth and team development.

Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing virtual and field sales representatives
Develop and implement sales training programs, scripts, and playbooks
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Set and manage sales quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets
Drive consistent sales pipeline growth and close rates
Monitor individual and team performance using CRM and reporting tools
Create accountability systems to ensure consistent production
Work closely with executive leadership to align sales strategy with company growth goals
Build a strong sales culture focused on performance, accountability, and professional growth
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales leadership experience (Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Head of Sales, or similar)
Proven track record of building and leading sales teams
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through team performance
Experience managing virtual and/or field-based sales teams
Strong coaching, training, and leadership skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales analytics
Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
Strong communication, organization, and leadership presence
Background in high-volume, performance-based sales environments
Preferred
Experience scaling a sales department or launching a team from the ground up
Experience managing multi-channel sales teams (inside, virtual, outside/field)
Prior responsibility for revenue forecasting and quota setting
