Responsibilities
Serve as the lead for assigned projects: build schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Oversee title examination, abstraction, and curative workflows; coordinate examiners, abstractors, and outside vendors
Drive project status reporting, risk identification, budget/time tracking, and escalation processes
Interface with internal stakeholders and clients to align on scope and delivery expectations
Advise on curative strategy and prioritize remediation activities to keep projects on schedule
Improve and document operations processes, SOPs, and training materials
Provide mentorship and performance feedback to team members; hire/contract resources as required
Qualification
Required
5+ years of mineral title/landman experience with demonstrated project leadership
Strong operations and project management skills—scheduling, resourcing, and reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication
Track record of leading complex title projects from intake to delivery
Proficiency with common office and document management tools; comfort learning internal platforms
Ability to travel within Ohio when needed
Preferred
Ohio background or knowledge of local record systems is highly desirable
