Responsibilities
Perform complex mechanical/electrical assemblies with high accuracy
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Verify parts and assemblies meet required tolerances and quality standards
Troubleshoot assembly issues and rework components when necessary
Train and mentor Assembler I team members
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with production procedures
Suggest process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated proficiency with intermediate assembly techniques
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Competence with measuring tools, torque tools, and specialized equipment
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Solid understanding of quality control principles
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical/electrical work
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
Repetitive use of hands and tools required
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels
