This role involves owning the roadmap definition, execution, and operating cadence to turn strategy into shipped software, while driving cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and operations.

Own end-to-end product execution from problem definition to launch

Partner directly with the CEO and CTO on roadmap priorities and sequencing

Translate strategy into clear requirements, workflows, and delivery plans

Build lightweight but durable product processes (planning, discovery, execution)

Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and operations

Use AI tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery

Continuously improve speed, clarity, and product quality
