Sales Development Representative
Cindavi is a recruiting firm that partners with engineering and life sciences companies, helping them hire the talent necessary for innovation. They are seeking a competitive and driven Sales Development Representative who will focus on making outbound calls, setting qualified meetings, and refining sales strategies through training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to targeted companies
Use scripts, call sheets, and training materials to deliver strong value-based messaging
Identify company decision makers and quickly build rapport
Set qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
Track outreach activity, call notes, and meeting conversions on our sales platform
Work closely with leadership to refine communication, objection handling, and call strategy
Participate in regular training sessions focused on sales skills, mindset, and performance
Hit and exceed weekly metrics including calls made, connections, and meetings booked
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay composed and positive through rejection
Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls each day
Coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to improvement
Reliable daily work ethic and follow-through
Motivated by measurable progress, goals, and earning potential
