Bandai Namco Amusement America creates unforgettable experiences rooted in beloved IPs and is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join their team. The Inventory Analyst will oversee merchandise and distribution, track inventory records, and support informed merchandising and replenishment decisions.

Responsibilities

Analyze inventory metrics including sell-through, stock levels, weeks of sales, and inventory turnover to support informed merchandising and replenishment decisions

Oversee inventory receiving, reconciliation, and reporting across multiple product categories to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Maintain and enforce inventory control processes and best practices to ensure data integrity

Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve operational efficiency

Receive and process inventory at both warehouse and retail store locations

Coordinate and execute inventory transfers between locations

Reconcile invoices and resolve inventory discrepancies

Maintain accurate documentation for inventory records, reports, and tracking sheets

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

3+ years of experience in an inventory or analyst role OR minimal experience, with a preference in the retail and toy industry with a bachelor's degree

Bachelor's degree in merchandising, business management, or related field preferred

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 applications

Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Collaborative and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Proficient in data entry

Ability to be agile in a quick-paced environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
