Responsibilities
Lead the full cycle accounting function including A/R, A/P, payroll, cash management, G/L, and month-end close processes for all corporate entities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for corporate and divisional operations
Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with operations leadership to track job costs, service revenue, and project profitability across multiple service lines and locations
Drive process improvements and system enhancements to streamline accounting workflows, increase efficiency, and improve reporting accuracy
Partner with HR and operations on payroll, benefits accounting, and incentive programs
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
Oversee audits and work with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial audits
Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support growth, cost management, and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience with purchasing accounting
Experience in a PE-backed company and familiarity with M&A transactions
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills

Experience in residential services, construction, or home services industries highly preferred
