The role involves collaborating on civic projects, preparing design specifications, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure comprehensive architectural plans.

Responsibilities

Work with the Project Manager or Senior Project Architect in planning the layout of projects and in preparing information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, and equipment

Coordinate with engineering team members to assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Architect with the integration of engineering systems into a unified design for client review and approval

Prepare complete and comprehensive plans, schedules, and details utilizing Revit for architectural construction documents under the guidance of a Senior Project Architect and/or Project Manager. Coordinate the architectural Revit model with each discipline for a complete and coordinated 3-D model and 2-D drawing deliverable as required at each phase of the project

Work closely with the project team to support the construction administration phase with responding to RFI’s, submittal reviews, ASI’s and PR’s
