Responsibilities
Prepare production build prints using AutoCAD MEP 2023
Ensures accuracy and compliance with applicable building standards and HUD code
Collaborate with drafting team members to complete community-based home projects
Communicate with cross-functional departments to incorporate feedback and resolve design issues
Utilize project management and communication tools including Monday.com, Microsoft teams, Excel, SharePoint, and email
Maintain organized and timely documentation of all drawings and revision
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with construction practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in manufactured housing
Knowledge of HUD code
Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP (2023 preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Education or prior drafting experience is helpful but not required
