Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team
Own financial planning, forecasting, and job profitability
Oversee job costing, WIP reporting, AIA billing, and retention
Ensure compliance with prevailing wage, certified payroll, and multistate labor requirements (CA and NV)
Improve workflows, implement SOPs, and reduce inefficiencies
Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, systems, and operational decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in construction or subcontracting
Strong experience with job costing, WIP, AIA billing, and certified payroll
Multistate payroll and compliance knowledge (California and Nevada required)
Confident, trustworthy leader with a hands-on approach
