Responsibilities
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules
Integrate Dynamics with other Microsoft services and third-party APIs
Provide functional and technical support for Dynamics 365 users
Develop canvas and model-driven apps tailored to business needs
Implement responsive UI/UX designs
Create custom connectors and integrate with data sources like SharePoint, SQL, and Azure
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
Perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
Automate workflows using Power Automate
Ensure seamless data flow between apps and services
Maintain performance, scalability, and security of solutions
Work closely with business analysts and end users
Provide training and documentation
Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem advancements
Document technical specifications
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
Proficiency in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven)
Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
Proficiency in Power Automate
Experience with SQL, REST APIs, JSON
Experience with Data Management and Dataverse
Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams integration
Basic understanding of JavaScript using jQuery and/or other frameworks
Basic understanding of Liquid coding
Preferred
Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-400, PL-600, MB-210)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
