Responsibilities

Manage the vault inventory by accurately anticipating future coin & currency needs of commercial customers, branches and ATMs for each market

Apply currency management knowledge and analytics to maintain appropriate inventory levels

Collaborate with Treasury Sales to onboard new commercial customers and maintain ongoing relationships

Support vendor processes by resolving errors and addressing issues for both internal and external customers

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Intermediate knowledge of Federal Reserve operating rules and ATM system processing

Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve service issues independently

Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

2+ years of bank operations experience required
