Planet Pharma is seeking a Database Assistant to provide operational support for the Product Release Team. The role involves data entry, maintenance, and analysis to ensure data integrity and support process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support for day-to-day business activities for the Product Release Team (PRT) and Product Data Supervisor
Assignment of item/catalog numbers, as well as input and maintenance of relevant data in the ERP system
Provide technical support to perform data analysis and preparation that contribute to our data reporting and overall data integrity
Help ensure that all item-related data is available in the necessary systems and legal entities
Help with process improvement and automation initiatives

Required

Database entry or management experience (1+ year)
Microsoft Excel
Jet Report/Power BI
SQL (or an understanding of if/then logic-based statements)
Attention to detail, critical thinking
Works well in a team environment, good communication

Preferred

ERP (1+ year hands-on experience preferred)
PIM/MDM (preferred)
Knowledge of the biotech industry, biology, and/or immunology (preferred)
Knowledge of manufacturing practices and bills of material (preferred)
Bachelor's degree (completed or completing soon) in any major (focus on data or biology preferred)
