Experience or proficiency in the utilization of AutoCAD is preferred but not required
Revit BIM modeling experience is preferred but not required
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability
Ability to work in a team environment or individually
Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and pass a background check
Ability to manage MEP projects is a plus
Qualification

BSEE from an accredited college or university
2 years minimum experience in the design of Electrical systems
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
Knowledge of electrical and building codes and standards, including National Electrical NEC, NFPA-72, Energy Code, and International Building Code (IBC)
Experience with fire alarm system design, lighting design, lighting control and building low voltage systems requirements
Proficient and accurate in all areas of AutoCAD
Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design
Sincere commitment to learning new skills and accepting new responsibilities
Preferred
Experience or proficiency in the utilization of AutoCAD
Revit BIM modeling experience
Ability to manage MEP projects
Professional Engineer (PE)
Experience with Revit MEP
EIT registration
