Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC machinery, primarily CNC lathes and milling machines, in customer facilities
Perform mechanical, electrical, and control troubleshooting on CNC lathes, mills, and other metal-cutting or metal-bending equipment
Work independently in the field while collaborating with internal technical support as required
Provide professional, customer-facing service and technical guidance
Manage variable daily workloads, typically ranging from 5-12 hours depending on service needs
Accurately document service work, time, and parts usage
Qualification
Required
Prior experience servicing CNC machines or similar industrial equipment
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and CNC control systems
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
